Our circular connector lines consist of Mil-Spec, Boeing approved (BACC), Airbus approved (EN), Hermetic connectors, Filter connectors, and Eaton’s industrial Trim Trio line.

Mil-Spec connector offerings are MIL-DTL-38999 series I, II & III, MIL-DTL-26482 Series I & II, MIL-DTL-83723, MIL-DTL-26500, and MIL-DTL-5015. Boeing-approved connectors consist of BACC45 and BACC63. Airbus-approved connectors include EN3645 and EN3646. Industrial Trim Trio connector offerings include the UTS, UTG, UTO, MBG, and UTV series. Commercial equivalents are available for MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II & III, MIL-DTL-26482 Series I & II, MIL-DTL-83723, MIL-DTL-26500, MIL-DTL-5015, Eaton 851, 8525, and 8526.

Eaton JBX IP40/IP68 Connectors

The JBX series is a metal push-pull connector available in IP40 and IP68 sealing that is suited for indoor and outdoor applications such as medical, building automation, instrumentation, measurement, off-road, mining or telecom.

JBX connectors guarantee a reliable and secure connection by using a push-pull locking mechanism that requires only two fingers to mate and unmate the connector. An audible and visual indicator will ensure reliable locking, capable to resist more than 5,000 cycles.

The 360° EMI shielding ensures proper transmission and signals integrity which makes it optimal for high-resolution imaging applications. The use of 0.5 mm contacts and miniature housing make JBX connectors suitable for tight applications.

Eaton UTL Series – UL/IEC Power and Control Connectors

The UTL series is a plastic connector suitable for outdoor industrial applications thanks to a high sealing performance (IP68/IP69K) and an extreme UV resistance with F1 material per UL746C. The UTL series guarantees extended outdoor life.

Designed and qualified according to the UL1977 and IEC61984 standards, the UTL connector series offers a 5VA flammability rating, hot wire, and current breaking capacity to meet all standards of industrial equipment. Due to our high standards, the qualification of your equipment to the UL or IEC standards is easier and faster.

Eaton JMX Series – Plastic Push-Pull Connectors

The waterproof and extreme high-temperature resistance characteristics of the JMX series make it ideal for Medical, Instrumentation and Measurement applications. However, the plastic Push-Pull connectors can also be used in a diversity of other Industrial applications requiring a lightweight, yet durable harsh environment interconnect solution.

The JMX plastic Push-Pull connector series guarantees a reliable and secure connection with only two fingers. Connectors are available in 6 keys and 9 color identifying codes to avoid situations of incorrect mating.

Capable of over 2,000 mating cycles, this series is also able to withstand steam autoclave sterilization per IEC 60601-1 (up to 200 cycles). In addition, it will protect your equipment from fluid ingress due to its IP68 attributes in mated and unmated conditions

Eaton ULC Series – Push-Pull Connectors

ULC connectors provide a push-pull connection that secures against accidental disconnections and minimizes mating force to ensure an ergonomic use of connectors. ULC connectors can be equipped with 8 different keying, which also protects the contacts during the mating process.

ULC Series offers a wide connection choice, from glovebox walls feedthrough to equipment connectors through junction boxes and in-line connectors.

The ULC junction boxes (IP55) optimize the cabling inside gloveboxes, by grouping up to 8 connections in one main cable and thus reducing the number of feed-throughs needed on the glovebox walls.

The ULC feedthrough connectors are hermetic, meeting the requirement of the industry to maintain the containment of gloveboxes.
