In addition to being recognized as a leader in the distribution of MIL-SPEC contacts and connectors, Air Electro's manufacturing capabilities have expanded since 1992 to include the manufacturing of custom contacts and connectors. Air Electro (AEI) has short run manufacturing and Swiss Precision Screw Machine capabilities. AEI manufactures a wide variety of custom products, from straight printed circuit pins to special coax and triax contacts.

Currently, we manufacture custom connectors and contacts for major aerospace companies including Rockwell Collins, Hamilton Sundstrand, Northrop Grumman, and Smith Industries.

AEI offers complete manufacturing capabilities for custom contacts, specializing in printed circuit contacts. We also provide contact installation and tin dipping. AEI also offers equivalents to MIL-C-38999 Series I, II & III, MIL-C-26482 Series I & II, and ARNIC 404 & 600, as well as other MIL-SPEC series.
